hh3d Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to hh3d's website, mobile application, and all related services.

"User" refers to any person registered on the platform who is actively managing an account.

"Services" refers to the online casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment activities provided by hh3d.

"Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback, or reward provided by hh3d.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all services on the hh3d platform. By accessing or registering on the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms.

If a specific service or promotion has its own separate terms, those will apply alongside these general terms. In case of conflict, the specific terms will take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirements

To use hh3d's services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. At the time of registration or at any stage, hh3d may request a valid identity document (national ID card, passport, etc.) for age verification.

If it is established that a user is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The user must confirm that using online gaming services from their location is lawful under local law. hh3d takes no legal responsibility in this regard.

Opening an account or using services from certain specific regions may be restricted. Accounts created in violation of such restrictions may be closed at any time.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on the hh3d platform. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a breach of the terms and all accounts may be closed.

All information provided at the time of account creation must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Login Security

The user must keep their hh3d account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential and must not share them with any third party.

The account holder is fully responsible for any activity carried out using their login credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the hh3d support team must be notified immediately.

Transferring or selling an account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Updating Information

If the user's contact information, mobile number, or any other important details change, they must promptly update the information via the hh3d login portal or through customer support.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the hh3d platform:

• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Wallet

Payments through methods other than those listed above will not be accepted. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is: ৳100.

The minimum amount for each withdrawal is: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

After verification, a withdrawal request is generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. In unusual circumstances (such as when identity verification is required), this may be delayed.

Withdrawal requests must be made to the same mobile number from which the deposit was made. Withdrawal requests to a different number may be rejected.

Before making a withdrawal, any bonus wagering requirements (where applicable) must be fully met.

4.4 Legitimacy of Funds

The user must confirm that the deposited funds come entirely from a legitimate source and that they are the rightful owner of that payment method. In the case of suspicious transactions, hh3d may request additional information or evidence and may hold the payment if necessary.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus; total balance will be ৳3,000.
Example: Deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000; total balance will be ৳18,000.

Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applicable only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit amount).

Example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, bets of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be placed before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

If the required amount is not wagered within the set time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus balance will expire.

5.3 VIP Cashback

hh3d's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers based on their activity and the platform's rules.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using any strategy or coordinated activity with the intent of abusing bonus benefits is strictly prohibited. hh3d reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if such activity is detected.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games offered on the hh3d platform are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Each round is independent and does not depend on previous results.

If a game result becomes uncertain due to a technical error, the relevant round will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.

6.2 Disconnection

hh3d is not responsible for any internet disconnection that occurs during a game. The server-side record will be considered final. However, in the case of a clear technical error, a complaint may be filed by contacting the support team.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets will be settled after the result of the relevant event has been officially announced. If a result changes (such as an official correction), the bet will be resettled according to the new result.

If an event is cancelled or postponed, the rules for settling bets will follow the separate terms and conditions for that event.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Playing on behalf of a minor or using their account
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using a false identity or false information
• Placing coordinated bets (collusion betting) with the intent of evading bonus terms
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the game system or attempting software manipulation
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources into the platform
• Using automated software (bots) or unauthorized scripts
• Attempting to breach the platform's technical systems (hacking)
• Harassing or threatening other users

8.1 Data Protection

hh3d keeps all users' personal and financial information secure through SSL encryption technology. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

8.2 KYC Verification

On hh3d, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or in cases of suspicious activity. The user may be required to submit a valid identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method.

If KYC verification is not completed, withdrawals may be placed on hold. This is a standard process and cooperation with it is mandatory.

9.1 Service Interruption

hh3d reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance, server upgrades, or any other reason. hh3d is not liable for any loss incurred by users during this time.

9.2 Third-Party Software

The games provided on the platform are developed by various third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe). hh3d bears limited liability for any errors or failures in their software.

9.3 Personal Loss

Gaming decisions are entirely the user's own, and hh3d is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from them. Consider gaming as a form of entertainment and play within your means.

10.1 Closure at User's Request

The user may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the hh3d support team. Any remaining balance is withdrawable before closure (subject to bonus terms being met).

10.2 Closure by hh3d

hh3d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice due to violation of terms and conditions, fraud, KYC failure, or other reasons.

In cases of serious violation of the terms and conditions, the account balance may be forfeited.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, hh3d may take account management action after giving prior notice to the user. The definition of inactivity and the applicable conditions will be stated in the relevant notice.

11.1 Self-Control Tools

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits, or time limits. A self-exclusion option is also available, through which users can block their own access to the platform for a specified period.

12.1 Right to Change Terms and Conditions

hh3d reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the user's acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is authoritative. Any translation into another language is for informational purposes only, and in the event of a dispute, the Bengali version will prevail.
